A step-by-step path to improve communication in the relationship, from appreciation to desires and bodily preferences. Each step is done between sessions and reviewed in therapy.
Who it's for: Couples who feel unheard or who find it hard to talk about intimacy.
Each of you takes the test “Couple compatibility test”: it gives you words to talk about your desire and, if you are in therapy, a sheet to discuss. Your answers stay on your phone.
Two sessions this week with Mild-level questions, focused on what you value in each other and in the relationship.
Mild · Active listening
When to move onMove on to the next step when you both feel you can listen without interrupting; if not, repeat it for another week.
Twice this week, Spicy-level questions: whoever is listening sums up what they understood before replying.

When to move onMove on if the summaries feel accurate; if either of you rates comfort below 3, repeat this step.
Once this week, each of you completes the list in private, and then you look at the matches together, and only the matches.

One conversation this week about one or two shared “maybes”: what conditions or limits would make them more comfortable, with no obligation to try them.

Twice this week, “Find the zone” with no genitals, rating each area from 1 to 5 and saying one sentence about what you feel.

When to move onThe plan ends when you can both give and receive feedback calmly; if comfort stays below 3, repeat this step.
Your therapist can assign this plan to you step by step, with a link that carries none of your data.

These games are not a substitute for therapy.
No. You can follow it on your own, at your own pace. If a conflict is holding you back or something is hurting you, a sex therapist or couples psychologist can support you, and the plan works as a tool for them too.
Only on your device: which steps you have ticked off and, if you want, your reflections. Nothing reaches ViveLaVita, and one button deletes it all.
Repeat it calmly, go back to the previous one or leave it. Every step can be skipped, and a “no” is always enough. Each step tells you when to move on.
