Cash on delivery shipments
During the purchase process, you can easily select the cash on delivery option, making the payment directly to the carrier once you receive the merchandise. It should be noted that our packages are 100% discreet and anonymous, without stickers, without senders, without any clue of the contents of the box.
At VivelaVita, we have two methods of Cash on Delivery for all our orders, direct delivery to your home, or delivery to the carrier's offices so that you can pick it up whenever you want.
- You pay nothing until you receive your order
- You can select cash on delivery during the purchase process.
Cash on delivery at home
We can send your order directly to your home, either with express delivery in 24 hours, or through the cheapest option with Correos in 72 hours. The package will arrive directly at the door of your house and it will be then when you pay it directly to the carrier. Before that moment you will not have had to pay anything at all.
Cash on delivery collect in office
Won't you be home? Or do you prefer to have control of when to pick up your merchandise? No problem, during the purchase process we will ask you clearly and simply how you want the delivery to be made, in that step, you can select "Pick up order in office" and then we will send your package to the carrier's office closest to your home. You will be able to choose between several different carriers.
You can select an urgent shipment in 24 hours, picking up your products at the MRW or NACEX offices, or a standard 72-hour delivery, picking up your order at the Post Office.
In what step can I choose cash on delivery?
When you make a purchase in our online sexshop, during the finalization process you will go through 3 steps that are the following:
- Delivery address
- Shipping home or pick up at office
- Payment method
It will be in the third and last step where the system will ask you how you want to pay for your purchase. You must select "Cash on delivery" and that's it.
