PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS:
The delivery period once the order is placed and we have the payment confirmation, is 24 hours for orders through urgent transport agencies such as SEUR or MRW, it will be 72 hours if Correos is used as a carrier. If the order is placed after 5:00 p.m., it will be sent the next day and therefore 24 hours must be added to the delivery times. We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, so all orders placed on those 2 days will be shipped on Monday.
VivelaVita will send the orders through a transport agency in 24-48-72h delivery mode. Due to circumstances beyond the control of VivelaVita , delivery of the product within 24h-48h cannot be guaranteed if the agency does not fulfill its commitments, and we are not responsible in any case for delays due to the transport agency. however you can track the shipment with the tracking that we send you with the tracking number of your order.
For orders by email or phone, it will be essential to confirm the order in writing, via email (only phone or email orders are accepted if in any case the website stops working)
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA:
It will be sent by POST in 48-72 hours once the payment is confirmed.
Product Stock:
The existence of all the products that appear on its website is guaranteed, although it does not guarantee the availability of all of them at all times and in the requested volumes, and the lack of an article for a specific order may exceptionally occur. In this case, you would be informed via email and a solution will be given, either by communicating the period of time that it would take to have said product or by proposing the exchange for another product with the same characteristics.
We report products out of stock in real time . If you order a product and we have it out of stock, we inform you of the actual delivery time so that information from our customers and thus never lose the information chain. So the customer decides what to do.
Shipping cost:
The cost of each shipment is currently starting at € 2.94. However, we will not charge you for shipping as long as the order amount exceeds € 50.00 * (Shipping to Peninsula, see conditions for other destinations)
Order delivery:
We ship all orders that have been placed on the same day before 18:00 (Working days) with delivery in 24 hours. FREE SHIPPING if your order exceeds € 50. * (Spain Peninsula). We promise to deliver the order in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client in the order form. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
We will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not match reality or data has been omitted.
The products purchased will be delivered to the person / company and at the indicated address, within the prescribed period.
Acceptance and payment of the order expressly implies the chosen shipping method and the cost of said expenses.
Orders will not be served in PO boxes.
In any case, we will contact you according to the information provided for any incident or doubt.
Once the order has been placed, the shipment will be prepared and information on the entire order acceptance and preparation process will be sent by email to the email account provided by the Customer. As soon as it is removed from our facilities by the carrier, the shipment locator will be provided so that you can verify the status of the shipment from the transport agency's website.
The order will be delivered to the address that you have indicated in the purchase process. The carrier will go to the address indicated during business hours, if it has any problem finding the address, it will call you by phone at the number you indicated when placing the order.
In the event that another person picks up the order in your name, you must sign the delivery note, indicating your personal data such as ID, name and surname. If there is no one at that time, the carrier will leave a note providing a contact telephone number that you must call to arrange a day and time for the second delivery attempt. If the carrier does not find anyone on the second delivery attempt, and it is for reasons beyond the control of the carrier, it may invoice the expenses incurred.
In every delivery a signature is always requested to ensure the good reception of the package.
