Size XS is perfect for young women or those with a light flow who haven't given birth, while size S suits women with a medium flow. Size L is recommended for women with heavy flows and those who have had at least one vaginal delivery.

How to Use It?

To use Minerva, start by sterilizing the cup before its first use by boiling it in water for 5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before handling it. Ease insertion with water or a water-based lubricant. Fold the cup into the shape that works best for you. Ensure it's inserted correctly and gently pull to make sure it has formed a seal. You can wear it for up to 12 uninterrupted hours.

To remove the cup, sit comfortably, gently pull on the end while pinching the base slightly to break the seal, and empty the contents. Rinse with water or wipe clean and reinsert if needed. At the end of your cycle, wash it with mild soap and water, and sterilize for 10 minutes before storing.
