HOW TO USE MY ÈVE CUP?

For first-time use, it’s recommended to sterilize by boiling in water for a few minutes or using a special sterilizing solution. Always handle with clean hands. We suggest inserting your Eve cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing. Find your most comfortable position. To ease insertion, moisten it with water or use a water-based lubricant and follow these steps: Squeeze the cup in your hand, fold it in half lengthwise, and insert it obliquely into the vaginal canal until comfortably seated.

HOW TO REMOVE MY ÈVE CUP?

With clean hands and in a comfortable, relaxed position, contract your vaginal muscles to bring the cup towards the entrance. Use a finger to ensure the cup's edges are free from the vaginal walls. Squeeze the lower part to release the pressure and gently remove it, then empty the contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with warm water and pH-neutral soap, and store it in its provided pouch.

HOW TO USE MY ÈVE CUP?

Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours max. The stem can be trimmed for a better fit. Offers extended use of up to 12 hours without emptying.
