INTIMRELAX
Level InitiationWomanOvercome vaginismus and boost your vaginal flexibility with total confidence. Use it comfortably every day and embrace a sex life free from pain and worries.
Ref. V7958111Brand: FEMINTIMATE
I recommend it for very invasive treatments that may affect the vagina, where the person needs to start with the smallest size because the treatment requires it. It's a kit with different sizes of silicone dilators, each with a bit of flexibility and progressive sizes.

Lubricant: This product works and is enjoyed much more if you use it with a water-based lubricant (like these).
How to use dilators:
· Use plenty of water-based, pH-balanced lubricant (like these), apply as many times as needed during the process.
· Insert slowly, straight or slightly inclined downwards (like a tampon).
· If there is discomfort, stop.
· Do Kegel exercises, this will relax you and help continue inserting.
· Focus on relaxing the muscles.
· When you reach your maximum insertion without pain, gently move the dilator for 5 to 10 minutes. Also make rotations.
When to move to a larger dilator?: This process may take weeks, depending on your condition. When you are completely comfortable, you can move to a larger size.
