Couples

My first couple's toy

To discover it together.

We've chosen simple toys that are easy to clean and start with a gentle intensity. If you're unsure what you'll like, start with an external one; if you already know what you want, there are rings, U-shaped toys, and those with remote controls.

They aren't the best-selling couple's toys. They're the ones we recommend for beginners.

Almost all products in this selection are beginner level.

The level indicates how much prior experience is needed, not the quality: we consider the size, intensity, and how easy it is to use. Those with the Medium level tag are for when you want to take it a step further.

Still got questions?

Which toy is best for starting as a couple?

If you're not sure what you'll enjoy, start with an external, small and simple one: a bullet, a finger one, or one that rests on the palm. Either of you can use it on each other during foreplay or sex, and it doesn't need to fit any specific body. It doesn’t have to say "for couples": any vibrator can be a couple's toy.

How do I suggest using a toy to my partner?

Outside the bedroom and on a positive note: as something you both fancy trying together, not as something that's missing. Choosing it together helps a lot. A toy adds to what you already do; it doesn't replace anyone.

And the ones used during penetration?

Those in the shape of a U or C have one part inside the vagina and another over the clitoris; vibrating rings are placed at the base of the penis. They make sense when you already know you want vibration during penetration. They depend more on how they fit each body and they sometimes move: if that happens, use it with your hand, it still works.

How do you use a vibrating ring?

Choose a flexible one. Place it at the base of the penis, with a bit of lubricant to make it slide, and position the motor facing upwards to stimulate the clitoris during penetration. Remove it if you feel discomfort or tingling and don't leave it on for too long at a stretch.

Remote control or app-driven?

If you'll be together, the toy's buttons or a remote: it's immediate and doesn't rely on the mobile. The app is great for long-distance play, and it's good for the toy to also work without it in case the connection fails.

What intensity should we choose?

Start with the lowest and gradually build up. To begin, it's more important for the minimum level to be gentle than the maximum power, and it helps if you can adjust the intensity up and down without having to go through all the modes. More modes don't necessarily make it better.

How do we share a toy hygienically?

Wash it before and after use with lukewarm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, as the manufacturer directs, and dry it well. If it moves from one person to another or from one area to another, wash it in between or put a new condom on each time. Silicone and waterproof ones are the easiest to clean.

What lubricant should we use?

Water-based: works with all toys and latex condoms. Oils ruin latex, and silicone lubricant can damage silicone toys.

What if one of you isn't convinced?

It's normal for the first time to feel weird. Try a different intensity, another position, or let your partner take control, or leave it for another day without pressure. Talk about what you liked and what you didn't: that's already progress.

Does it work for any couple?

Yes. What decides it is not who you are, but what you want to stimulate and how: an external toy works for any body, a ring needs a penis, and U-shaped ones need a vagina. Each product description indicates which area it's intended for.

Will it be obvious what I've bought when the package arrives?

No. We send it in a plain box, no stickers, no shop name on the sender and nothing indicating what's inside. If you prefer, you can pay cash on delivery or pick it up at the courier's office.
