To level up you'll just need to keep placing orders at Vivelavita. According to the order amount, you earn more or fewer points.
Get one point for every euro spent on products. Here is the table of points needed to advance to the next level:
Level 1: 5 points
Level 2: 30 points
Level 3: 90 points
Level 4: 180 points
Level 5: 540 points
When you make a new purchase, you earn points that can help you level up. The benefits obtained from the new level reached will apply from your next purchase. That is, from the next order once you manage to unlock a new level.

You have an extended return period of 30 days.

1. An order will only earn points or medals once it has been delivered.
2. The advantages obtained upon reaching a new level are permanent for all future orders.
3. If products from any order are cancelled or returned, the most recent points and medals earned will be lost.
4. If any order is cancelled or the products are returned, the discounts obtained with that order will be deducted.
5. Products exceeding 300 €, such as sex machines or realistic silicone dolls, are excluded from the game.
6. Vivelavita reserves the right to exclude specific references from the game.
7. Any suspicious activity may be analyzed and result in the cancellation of all user benefits.
