- 2024-10-25Tried loads of kegel trainers, and absolutely loathed the round ones - tricky to get in, did the job okay once in place, but then ridiculously bothersome to take out (well, for me at least). And don't even get me started on the countless ones with nylon strings... yuck. THESE though... brilliant! Simple to put in, super simple to take out, and a doddle to clean. And can I just say how amazing they feel? Gave the lightest one a go during my workout, and erm, may I propose wearing these while doing crunches? Thank me later ;)
