Here are some tips to fully enjoy this product, and don't hesitate to ask us any questions you may have.
Lubricant: This product works and is enjoyed much more if you use it with a water-based lubricant (like these).
Kegel Exercises: If you want to tone your pelvic floor, here is this complete guide, where we teach you how to correctly perform the Kegel technique, various postures, and the incorporation of Ben Wa balls.
Use time: Ideally, start with 10 to 15 minutes a day, and gradually increase up to 2 hours (yes, this is like going to the gym, after all, we're strengthening a muscle).
If you get too tired: Reduce the use time, buy lighter balls, or bigger ones (the bigger they are, the easier they are to handle and the less tiring they are).
How to use them?: We have written the most comprehensive guide on the internet about how to use your Chinese balls, you can read it at this link.

- 2024-11-28I loved how you can change the weights and how simple it is to insert them. The only downside would have to be the pouch for storage that comes with them. It has a lot of fluff that sticks to the ball holder.
- Ionela
- 2024-10-25This kit is brilliant. There are loads of options for combining and changing the weights, and the holder is really comfy. All the parts are top-notch quality.

- 2024-12-01A smashing pair of pelvic orbs with a delightful wobble. Adds a bit of fun to your daily stroll and workout routine for sure!
