Here are some tips to fully enjoy this product, and don't hesitate to ask us any questions you may have.
Lubricant: This product works and is enjoyed much more if you use it with a water-based lubricant (like these).
Kegel Exercises: If you want to tone your pelvic floor, here is this complete guide, where we teach you how to correctly perform the Kegel technique, various postures, and the incorporation of Ben Wa balls.
Use time: Ideally, start with 10 to 15 minutes a day, and gradually increase up to 2 hours (yes, this is like going to the gym, after all, we're strengthening a muscle).
If you get too tired: Reduce the use time, buy lighter balls, or bigger ones (the bigger they are, the easier they are to handle and the less tiring they are).
How to use them?: We have written the most comprehensive guide on the internet about how to use your Chinese balls, you can read it at this link.
