If you're looking for a sleeve to achieve deeper penetration that's also realistic, I’d say these sleeves could be your choice. They have a ring at the base that fits around the testicles and acts as a stopper to keep the sleeve from slipping. When you're searching for products to extend the penis, I usually recommend this type because it delivers results from the very first moment: you just need to put it on.

What is the PERFECT 1 EXTENSION WITH BALL STRAP?
A penis sleeve designed not only to give you extra girth (up to 33% more) but also add an extra inch of length, providing your partner with incredibly pleasurable moments.
This sleeve offers a realistic and thrilling experience, helping you boost the size of your penis by just over an inch.
The amazing Perfect 1 Extension with Strap comes with an adjustable band that fits snugly under the testicles 😍, making it the perfect accessory for longer-lasting and more satisfying intimate encounters.
Fun Facts
The strap enables a snug fit for the extender, but it's best to select a sleeve slightly shorter than your actual length for the best experience and maximum enjoyment.

How to Clean It 🧼
Maintenance is simple and easy. At VivelaVita, we recommend using an adult toy cleaner (which also sanitizes) or alternatively, you can use warm water and a dab of neutral pH shampoo.
After cleaning your erotic toy, you can air dry it or use a lint-free cloth.
For proper care, store it in a dust-free, dry place, away from sunlight. We suggest putting it in a fabric pouch or a cosmetic bag you have around the house. This way, it stays protected and easy to find.
