The tiny one is really petite and I haven't even given it a go, but the medium and large ones are enjoyable and practical. The biggest one is just the right amount to fill your mouth without causing any discomfort. The band and clasp system are cozy enough to wear for a few hours without any pain or marks left on your visage. The only downside to these gags is that although they allow for some airflow, if you're sitting up or leaning over, they tend to gather saliva and it might dribble out. Apart from that, though, they're fantastic!
