The AA battery is the most widely used battery worldwide, powering countless devices. The IEC codes for AA batteries include the well-known LR6 for alkaline AA batteries and HR6 for rechargeable NiMH batteries. These batteries typically offer a voltage of 1.5V, while rechargeable versions usually deliver around 1.2V.
