- 2024-11-27 I got this one after giving the Smoke Pump a go. The regular sleeve from the previous pump was too snug, it was a pain to get my junk out of there even with a good amount of lube. But this new sleeve is the real deal. It's a breeze to set it up on the pump, it takes away any discomfort the pump might cause while building pressure. And boy, it's much easier to take my member out after pumping. I'd totally suggest this sleeve, mate.
